Independent Travel Advisor (1099)

We are a start-up dynamic and fast-growing adventure travel company specializing in once-in-a-lifetime, epic adventure experiences. As a startup, we focus on providing sophisticated, tailored travel experiences centered around exploration, adventure, and unique global journeys.

We are looking to hire Independent Travel Advisors who are passionate about adventure travel and ready to run their own business in this exciting, fast-paced industry. This position is open to US-based candidates only, but we are not hiring individuals based in Hawaii, Washington, California, or Florida.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Market, Sell, and Promote Travel: Market and sell a variety of adventure travel products and services, promoting once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

  • Sell Ready-Plan Itineraries or Craft Tailored Itineraries: Offer ready-made, expertly crafted itineraries for clients or create custom, tailored travel itineraries based on client preferences and needs.

  • Earn Commissions: Earn commissions by selling the world’s leading travel suppliers in the adventure travel sector.

  • Generate Your Own Client Base: Build and grow your own client base, turning leads into loyal clients.

  • Access Industry-Leading Marketing Solutions: Take advantage of top-tier marketing solutions to promote your travel services and reach potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Passion for adventure travel and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for clients.

  • Self-driven and able to work independently.

  • No prior travel experience needed—training and ongoing support will be provided.

  • TARC  certification required if no prior travel experience (at the candidate’s own expense).
